1) Agreement

By using the rizzpedals website or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your login secure—you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize rizzpedals and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. Orders may be limited or cancelled for availability constraints, suspected fraud/abuse, or obvious errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. We may correct clear pricing/content mistakes—even after submission—by cancelling and refunding or by asking for your direction.

4) Shipping, title & risk

See the Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Use a secure delivery address.

5) Returns & refunds

Handled under the Refund & Return Policy above.

6) Reviews & user content

If you submit reviews, photos, or Q&A, you grant rizzpedals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Acceptable use

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials belong to rizzpedals or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as legally required or expressly stated in our policies, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rizzpedals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive venue in San Francisco County, California.
