Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship throughout the United States (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International delivery isn’t available yet.

Processing rhythm

Orders typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time usually begin processing the same day.

Estimated time in transit (after dispatch)

  • Standard: around 5–8 business days

  • Expedited: around 4–7 business days
    Delivery windows are estimates; weather, peak seasons, and carrier capacity can add time.

Rates & promos

You’ll see all available methods and costs at checkout. From time to time we offer free-shipping promotions details will be shown on product or cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when your label is created; the first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders can ship separately each box has its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. If a parcel returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll assist with reshipment and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Loss or damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged—or appears lost—contact support@rizzpedals.shop within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, a short description, and photos (if damaged) so we can act quickly with the carrier.
