Refund & Return Policy

1) The gist

Most brand-new, unused items are eligible for return within 30 days of your order date for a refund to the original payment method.

2) Eligibility & condition

  • Item state: Unused or “as new” when reasonably possible. Include manuals, tools/chargers, and any bundled or free accessories.

  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required.

  • Restocking: No restocking fees.

  • Return shipping: You cover change-of-mind returns; if we shipped the wrong item or confirm a manufacturing defect on arrival, we’ll cover reasonable return costs.

3) Start a return (quick)

Email support@rizzpedals.shop with your Order #, the item(s) you want to send back, and a short reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address.

Please don’t send items without authorization unidentified parcels may be refused.

4) Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Request an exchange within the 30-day window (subject to stock). Sometimes the fastest route is return + new order—we’ll advise.

5) Refund timing

Once your return arrives, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.

6) Shipment issues (damaged/missing/incorrect)

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos if damaged and your order number—we’ll make it right.

7) Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). If the order already shipped, please use the return steps above.
